This site draws forecast maps from the open data of three weather services: Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD), the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) and the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). It shows five of their models: ICON and ICON-EU, IFS and AIFS, and GFS.

Each model is shown from its own data: on its own grid (a switch away when drawn smooth), at its own timesteps, with its run's state in view, whether it is still arriving, closed, or missing hours. Models are never blended together, and where a model has no data the map says so rather than fill it in.

The data is fetched from each service as it is published, stored, and served to the map in your browser. What is shown has been modified for display; Attribution and licences says how, and credits each source.
